At ZWEAR.PK customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return — exchange only (if size is available).

Return Process
Contact us on [WhatsApp / Email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup or ask you to send the item back to our address.
Refund Options
Cash refunds are not offered, except in case of a damaged or wrong item sent by us.

Exchange Policy
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/design.
If the requested size/design is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing pictures or a short video. We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
If we sent a wrong or damaged item, return shipping is covered by us.
